- Typical Hold Period: 3-7 years.
- Target Metros: Affordable markets with a nationally recognized university that has a minimum student body of 20,000.
- Site Selection: Within 3 miles of a university. Anticipated future real estate demand drivers due to growth of University and other large employers. Sustained rent growth combined with relatively low but rising property values.
